And we are currently looking for a Hospitality Assistant to join the team at our CoWorking space in Alvalade.

What You'll Be Doing

-Welcome members and potential clients and introduce them to the space;

-Ensure members comfort, support in their work setup needs and build long-term relationships with them;

-Ensure the functioning and organization of the space, maintain it 100% operational; report and request maintenance;

-Organize community event(s) 1 to 2 times a month and communicate them to the community;

-Event's coordination and setup;

-Coordination with the different suppliers (cleaning, maintenance, catering, event staff etc.);

-Mail and package handling, emails and phone calls.

Who We're Looking For

-Minimum experience of one year in a similar position;

-Strong communication and empathy skills;

-Dynamic, hands-on and confident profile;

-Ambition to be part of a fast growing team;

-Very good problem solving skills;

-Fluent in English;
